Sign in at checkout and apply available credit to an order with at least $30 of products after code and volume discounts. Credit can be used for a one-time purchase or the initial payment of a subscription. It does not apply automatically to recurring refill bills. This checkout retains a minimum $0.50 payment through the gateway; credit and points above the usable amount stay in your account.

Registered customers earn 5% of the amount paid for products on eligible paid orders placed while signed in. The calculation excludes discounts, store credit, PepClub points, shipping and tax. Automatic refill payments and test orders do not earn credit. Earned credit appears after payment and can be used on a future checkout with at least $30 of products after discounts.

The full purchase-credit reward is reversed if its order is refunded, partially refunded or disputed. If that reward has already been used, future rewards offset the reversed amount.

The friend must be a new customer who registers through a valid referral link. Each friend can claim the welcome reward once. The sender earns one reward after that friend’s first paid order with at least $30 of products after discounts. Self-referrals and existing paid customers are excluded.

Referral rewards are reversed when the qualifying purchase is refunded or disputed. Already-used reversed rewards reduce future credit rather than creating new credit. Credit used on a fully refunded order is restored according to the refund record.

This is the customer store-credit program. Research publishers can apply separately for publisher partnerships and cash commissions.

Credit is nonwithdrawable, has no cash value, and stays in the account that earned it. The $30 minimum is checked after eligible discounts. Available credit is shown before you confirm checkout, and it is separate from PepClub loyalty points.
