Research publishers, editorial websites, newsletters and other channels serving a laboratory-research audience can apply. We review the actual audience and proposed placement. Content promoting human use, dosing or treatment is not suitable for this program.
How do first-order and repeat commissions work?
The standard rate is 25% on the first qualifying order from a new customer. After that first verified purchase, qualifying repeat orders earn 10% for 12 months. Existing customers and self-referrals do not qualify as new acquisitions.
How do discounts affect my commission?
Commission is calculated on collected merchandise revenue after discounts, redeemed loyalty value and store credit. Shipping and tax are excluded. Your referral link identifies you as the partner; it does not add a customer discount.
What happens if someone buys later?
After the visitor allows tracking, the referral cookie lasts 60 days. The most recent eligible partner referral before their first checkout receives attribution. Once a qualifying first purchase establishes the customer relationship, eligible repeats stay with that partner for 12 months. Cleared cookies, browser restrictions or declined tracking can prevent the initial referral from being recorded.
When and how will I be paid?
Each earning has a 30-day hold from verified payment, followed by eligibility review. We arrange payment details directly with approved partners and record completed transfers in the ledger. Amounts are in USD. The end of a hold is not a guaranteed transfer date.
What happens to refunded or disputed orders?
Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks can reverse the associated commission. A partial refund currently reverses the whole commission. If an earning was already paid, the amount is recoverable and must be settled before further payouts.
Can we discuss a custom partnership?
Yes. Tell the team about your publication, audience and proposed placement. Individual terms may be offered in your partner dashboard. They apply to new referred customers after you accept; existing customer relationships and earnings retain their original terms. Application approval is still required. An enquiry does not guarantee a custom offer.
Does it cost to join?
There is no signup fee. You need a PepBiotics account and an approved partner application before a referral link is activated. Participation does not guarantee traffic, sales or earnings.
